The code for the evaluation is&nbsp;M26.59&nbsp;if you&#8217;d like to check with your plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><br><br>The initial evaluation runs approximately one hour.&nbsp; The 8 therapy sessions meet every two weeks and run 55 minutes.
